• How does the subscription work?

  You send requests to your shared board, as many as you like, and track exactly where each one stands as we work through the queue, one at a time. Every request is delivered within your plan’s turnaround.

• Can I get a full website built through my subscription?

  Yes. A new site or a full rebuild is treated as a larger request. We break it into stages (homepage, inner pages, integrations) and deliver piece by piece, so you see it take shape every few days, instead of waiting weeks for one big reveal.

• Do you require long-term contracts?

  No. We work month to month, with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel at any time. Pausing stops both billing and all included services until you resume, while cancelling ends the subscription completely at the end of the current billing period.

• What if I don't have enough tasks for a full month?

  You can pause your subscription before the next billing date. Your current plan remains active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, after which billing and all included services stop—including maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring, and support. When you’re ready to return, simply resume your subscription and a new monthly billing cycle will begin.

• Can I upgrade my plan later?

  Absolutely. You can move up to a higher tier anytime. We’ll add the extra features to your existing site seamlessly, no downtime, no rebuilds.

• Why shouldn't I just hire a full-time in-house developer or a traditional agency?

  A senior full-time web developer in the US costs over $120,000/year plus benefits, and you still pay them when work slows down. Traditional agencies charge high minimum project fees and require lengthy contract negotiations. • What platforms do you build on?

  We build on WordPress when you need to edit content yourself day to day, or Astro when performance is the priority, matched to what your site needs, not what’s easiest for us. Your subscription covers the build and ongoing work; hosting stays in your name, on a provider we’re happy to help you choose.

• What happens after my site goes live?

  Nothing changes. Every request, updates, fixes, new pages, redesigns, goes through the same plan you’re already on. No hourly billing, no separate maintenance quote.

• Do I own my website after launch?

  Yes, fully. Your code, your domain, your content, no lock-in, no ransom. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.

• Will my site rank on Google?

  We build every site with technical SEO and Core Web Vitals baked in from the first line of code. We can’t guarantee rankings. No honest agency can. But we build to compete.

• Who's working on my project?

  Adrian and Lucian, the two co-founders. No account managers, no rotating juniors, no ticket queue. You email the person doing the work.

• How will I know it's working?

  We benchmark your site’s speed and technical SEO before and after (the same PageSpeed metrics you see on our homepage), so the improvement is measurable, not a promise.

• What if I don't like what you deliver?

  Every plan includes unlimited revisions. We work from your feedback until it’s right, that’s part of the subscription, not an extra request.

• Can I cancel completely, not just pause?

  Yes. Cancel anytime. No refund for the current month, but you keep full access until it ends, and nothing bills after that.

• How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?

  Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged automatically at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle, and Stripe generates and emails your invoice after every payment. You can also view and download all past invoices or update your payment method through the secure customer portal.
